@sminta10 Nope...Not true. A puck that is directed with a highstick on goal shall be blown down right away!! For the highstick to be waived off, the other team must get CONTROL AND POSSESSION of the puck, not just "touch" a player of the other team.

it is not a high stick because toews touched it with a high stick but then it hit the goalie who is a blues player so that cancels out the high stick.. SO GOAL!!

He just slapped the top of the net too get it off the top of the net, never touched it. But the question does remain, did it actually go in.
