It plays along to some of his favorite musical pieces from Singing In The Rain, Wizard of Oz, and A Star Is Born. The video was screened at Kip's memorial at the legendary Groundlings Theater in Hollywood, on August 9th 2010; it is put online here for all those who weren't able to be there that special night. He will be missed by many, this video is a celebration of Kip King's life, your wonderful comments will be greatly appreciated.

  • One of the great character actors who always put a smile on your face! Great tribute!

  • Very nice. What a funny man and great entertainer. I loved Shecky Stein :).

  • Kip's last film was Scouts Honor with his son Chris Kattan.

  • Chris, I worked with Kip in the early 1970's selling ads in minority newspapers. (Westworld time frame) I've been at his home several times on Woodman Ave in Sherman Oaks, we traded antiques, shared friends and such over the years. I have some cassette recordings of Kip ad-libbing on the phone with voices of both he and the contact he was talking too. This is hysterically funny stuff, unrehearsed, off the top of his head. I had the tapes cleaned and transferred to CD.

  • My love and deepest condolences to Chris, Felicite and the rest of the family. Saying Kip will be missed is a terrible understatement. He was one of the kindest and funniest men I have ever known. Kip held a very special place in my dad's heart; he loved him very much. Heck, anyone who was fortunate to know him loved him. Farewell, dear cousin.

  • What a fabulous tribute, brought me to tears. He is missed, but what a blessing to have had him!

  • Kip meant the world to me! He was my acting coach, who became a cherished friend and mentor to me. Love ya Kip! --David Leo Schultz

  • What a beautiful memorial. Kip was awesome and Chris is so much like him.
