  • Splenda's First 2 Ingredients are DEXTROSE (aka GLUCOSE) and Maltodextrin. That is NOT good for a Diabetic! They added those 2 in for bulk, but what bone heads they were to add those two! Spenda boxes/packets now only say "suitable for diabetics" not "RECOMMENDED for Diabetics"!

  • Bad idea, bad advise. It should be illegal to promote poison especially to people who are already sick

  • @Villageking7 oh contrare- Stevia only being a choice because cocacola and cargill muscled it through the fda! how much do you trust them?

  • how can a nutritionist, a supposed health expert, suggest using poisonous sweeteners to people? You spent 85% of the video explaining the toxic side effects! At what point does your programed corporate education click off and your common sense click in?

  • She talks about all the things people with diabetes want to hear(and then some). So this is a good video.

  • There is nothing wrong with using sweetners,This woman knows more than all of you.

There is not always a conspiracy. She has a right to promote this.

  • Why are you promoting Toxic chemicals?

  • Most of these sweeteners are toxic and should not be used as a sugar subsititue at all! Additionally, many of the packets of splenda, nutrasweet, and others contain maltodextrin which is a sugar (used as filler). By law the manufacturer can list it as zero carbs since it is less than 1 gram. So they are still getiing calories as well. It is ultimately designed to make people sick, go on drugs, and lead toa potentailly earlier demise. Stevia is better choice.

  • i could read off a card too and memorize facts.

Those substitutes are poison (except Stevia, it is derived from a herb, and it IS NOT artificial), the rest are proven carcinogens in clinical trials in mice. Please refrain from suggesting people from consuming this crap. Thanks.

  • every body has to throw in their 2 cents. why not post your own video.
