I have a working ROM so I decided to record something.

Sadly the recorder on the emulator (and my Hypercam) don't record sound.

And I didn't watch this before I uploaded this video, but while I was adding the Boss Battle Music for kicks, it seemed laggy. Maybe it was my computer's fault? I don't know.

In the beginning when he's on the head jetpack thingie, you actually can hit. You just have to use Bowser's secret special attack, Broggy Bonker. You get it by finding and giving all 15 Blitties to Broque.

Yeah I just realized that. As the game progresses the villain starts to become more and more like Cackletta as if the creators of the game are paying a homage to everyone's favorite evil beanish witch.
