@ben205vs dosn't anyway

@jerotas Thank you. That is much less offensive. I myself should have made it clearer that either I meant not everyone, but a lot, or still prehaps it isn't as common anymore. Well either way, We did get some info out here. 1) Some Chinese at least are lactose intolerant. 2) Xi'ans can eat whole pizzas just like anyone else. :D

@SuperXWreal yeah. well its something that surprised him. deal with it man, he wasn't bagging on China, he was surprised to not find cheese, something he has on a near daily basis or something. plus, in Louisiana, Rice is a cash crop.
-
@gixxygamma, I've read those articles too. I guess it's not common in Xi'an where I was. Not one of my 300 chinese co-workers had any complications of eating a whole pizza each. Not that Xi'an is representative of the whole country.

@SuperXWreal, I know, I have had a cheeseburger there lol. I've even had supposed native chinese dishes like sweet potato covered with cheese...go figure.
-
How many places have you visited to make you conclude "no cheese in CHINA", like there's no cheese in the whole country...? Just go to McDonald's or some big supermarkets...
-
@SuperXWreal Correction, it is common, not all Chinese have it, but enough do, or in past generations did that it had a major effect on the common diet.
Google it and you can find several articles on this. Just because you are not, doesn't mean it wasn't common, and isn't true that lactose intolerance isn't why.

@jerotas ...You ever been to McDonald's in China? I bet you hate that restaurant, huh? So you never go having their CHEESEBURGER.
Besides, supermarkets are selling cheese now. The choices would be fewer than in the US since it's not a major diet of Chinese. But they do have.
So McDonalds Cheese Burger doesn't have cheese?

I don't get all of the comments which are saying he's complaining about the things covered in the video. He's not complaining that there's no cheese in China or that the soda tastes different in a bad way, he's simply making observations and comparing them to the experiences of home - which is something everyone who travels does.
