  • An amusing demonstration, but I think this does a good job of highlighting Wingchun's efficiant close range fighting style. The table illustrates the need for good footwork and body position. When the student hits the deck, he is reminded of why he fell and his Sifu gives him concise advice. Thanks for this :)

  • Wing chun is the evolution of gongfu. It trimmed the flashy, representational movement and objectively selected the best counter attacks. Great stuff

  • @murkhim504 Fast? They are showing Wing Chun in 1/8-1/4 speed with the pauses between moves. Wing Chun flows, in reality. Even the new Ip Man movie scenes are something like 1/4 speed. You should find a Wing Chun teacher and start practicing it. It's even more fun than it looks in these old movies. Makes me feel like a Jedi. ;)

  • sick imagine punching and blocking that fast Wing chun is very practical in boxing and street fighting designed to end a fight quickly with a hard strike to eyes throat chest any vital area hit hard and fast

  • i want training like this

  • I want that kind of training It is awsome
