  • when I was 16 my buddies and I had a friend who's older brother would turn us on to all kinds of music we never heard on the radio. He mentioned an album by a group called the Inner Sound of the Id. we never got to hear it as he died soon after...but he described the music as all the musicians played the same thing over and over. which I dont hear it that way. every now and then I'd look for this album but could never find it until now...on youtube. finally..after 43 years!!

  • if therers something we are lucky about is the internet time of accessibility ... though that time was blessed by the greatest music era

  • This is a good stereo mix. They did a poor mix of "the rake" in stereo, compared to the mono mix. Wow, Cole was really just getting in the groove at the end. What a nut. They performed live a few times before the LP was released, as the ID. These guys would put on a solid show.

  • @freqazoidiac thx for sharing ur experience with us ;) cheers

  • Sounds like Viv Stanshall fronting Moby Grape.

  • Sweet upload, this is such a sick LP, half of it is variations on a beat, and the other half is kick ass songs like this one, lovely LP :)
