Super night of rock n roll. On this programme there was a duo, a man and a woman, the woman sang a bit off key i think. They did a medley which included land of 1000 dances. Does anyone know what the name of the group was

I did not hear the song 1000 dances on this video.

The only group that I have never heard of was called "X" with a man and woman singing one song.

They also had a drummer and Guitar player also.

I have this tv special on vhs including when Tom Brokaw broke in with that years election results.A great treasure to have including the performances by the above video & Chuck Berry ,James Brown live & countless others on tape.During the X performance there is a line about Land of a 1000 dances but not the actual song .Hopes that helps .Great videos Schrooms73 ,thanks for sharing.
