Ive experianced this same exact thing for a very long time. Its hard for me to agree with some of the explanations that are given as to why this sort of thing happens. I find it hard to believe that a poor diet can cause millions of people to see dark hooded figures and creatures. However, if never experianced this So called sleep paralysis and hearing somone else describe it, it would seem a little unreal. Im under the impression during my episodes that this thing is demonic and does feed fear.

I’m grateful for your testimony! It’s helpful to know I’m not the only person experiencing these things! I woke up from the terror one night and COULD move. I was fully awake. At the side of my bed was a 3’ tall creature with a black cape and hood on and had NO FACE. It just watched me. I couldn’t handle it. I think its presence caused the night terror. I prayed and turned over and went back to sleep. Check out WhenAngelsAppear.blogspot.com This stuff is REAL!

I've had that happen to me twice in the last 3 months...i don't believe in demons so i did not see them....but i felt strong presence... if you master it you can actually have an out of body experience and float about in your house... its pretty cool ;-)

sounds pretty wicked...you got me wanting to know more, I'll have to watch some videos on it. I never experienced anything like that but I have fallen asleep on my arm and had it go totally numb. that's kinda scary cause you pick your arm up with your other hand thinking it's cut off...that's a good way to start the day. good video man

I've never experienced sleep paralysis, but LD told me some of his horror stories with it. And just thinking about such a thing scares the ever-living shit out of me.

happened to me probably a dozen times. none in the last few years though. once I even heard something right in my ear. and another time I was screaming and no sound was emitted. Also feels like something is in the room with you...great video!!!
Hey Dave. I had Sleep Paralysis almost every night for 20 years before I finally figured out what it was. I couldn't even take naps. Then I started figuring out what was causing it. My diet wasn't very good. I was having too much sugar and sodium and not enough healthy things. It was trial and error but I finally actually completely got rid of it. It can come back at times if I don't watch myself and eat too much sugar. I can tell you more if you wanna kick it.

@MeJesseen That makes sense... I sometimes go on junk binges, eating a bunch of chips and candy, but I never payed attention enough to make the connection. I have noticed that it very rarely happens unless I go to sleep on my back. If I stay on my side, I'm good to go. Thanks for the advice. It's has only happened once since I posted this vid, so it really isn't a huge problem for me. I can't imagine going through it every night. That would really suck!! Thanks for watching.
