Roger Martin, dean of the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, talked to Canadian HR Reporter TV about design thinking and how it can boost innovation.

He spoke about how Proctor & Gamble has used design thinking to drive huge growth in its business, what he thinks the biggest barrier to innovation is and how human resources can become the drivers of innovation in an organization.

Martin spoke at a recent Strategic Capability Network event in Toronto. For full details of that event, see the Feb. 22 issue of Canadian HR Reporter at www.hrreporter.com.
