Again, this is not slow waltz to count 1 2 3
Jive's count for rock step is 1 2, for left/right chase is 1 & 2
And with this "technic" of rock step you will kill yours partner with the knee

@malacka17 This is not difficult. If you practice, it will be fun.
In France, we learn dancing with this footwork and for us
this is the academic rock'n roll. For us, we dance Lindy Hop in 8
and jive mostly in 6.
If you want to learn jive search 'apprendre rock danse', you will have a lot of
video on youtube

Saying "jive is like swing but faster" is like saying "I know nothing about swing". People - check out lindy hop for a real dance that people really dance at real dances.
