um...curiosity question. Do you guys work with the IIHS so that you can save money because this is my idea. If you work with the IIHS, you can share the money used to pay off the car(s) and since the IIHS uses more than one to test, you can test nearly a range of models. You'll be able to test differences and after you finish using them, you can give then to the IIHS to test. Do you get me?

so consumer reports buy their own car than test them. consumer report kind awesome in many ways, they don't seem to bias toward particular car whether Japan, European, or American

@BuzzKill2012 They are: The Miata often gets the top reliability rating from Consumer Reports, and Mazdas are often in the top ten most reliable cars according to TUV-Report, the reliability rating program out of Germany.

I got a brochure about the CX-5. The curb weight is under 3000 lbs, it's lighter than a Chevy Cruze.
