I'd even be so bold to say legalize it for a year. If not completely satisfied go back to the old bullshit hypocritical system. And everyone who smokes pot, don't be all crazy party time when they do, just go about life normally and don't make to big a deal. Do things like smoke pot in public and then hold the door for some old people or read books to kids in the park. That ought to make O reilly SHUT UP for at least a couple days.

No prescription required. Legal to any adult. No ID required, just age verification. Legal to make your own, if you're that motivated. Illegal to drive intoxicated. Can be purchased pretty much anywhere. Risks and benefits to be weighed by the user, not the gov't. Instead of wasting money on DEA, courts, & prisons, we could be making money to help the economy.

Federal law still has to abide by the constitution, and last time I checked the 10th amendment was still viable.

Your not going to get fined anything, there wouldn't be any charges placed against you for buying cannabis if prop 19 passed, and if they actually tried that, (which they wouldn't) it would get to court and immediately be thrown out because it goes against the 10th amendment.
