12/2/2009 The PA House Health and Human Services Committee held the historic first hearings on medical marijuana in the Commonwealth. Public testimony on HB 1393 The Barry Busch Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act was heard for over three hours. Bradley Walter is a PA resident who lives with HIV. He has been prescribed Marinol, a synthetic thc pill, and also has utilized cannabis therapy. He courageously told the committee about his experience.

  • I for one would like it legalized (medical, or just all-out legal), I had a 569lbs 55gal drum of concrete form oil fall INTO MY ARMS off the back of a pickup truck - and i CAUGHT it (vs it just smashing down onto my legs) so to cut a long story short i've had almost 10 years of back pain, for which i wouldnt have to take pills to rot my guts with nasty side affects or addictions. Yes for DB1393 - YES PLEASE!
