ehhh I've recorded through a couple times before. Not bad but I'm happy I bought a liquid 4 pre instead. It does the Fern perfectly.

@audiotrax2000 You wouldn't be able to tell how good it sounds based on a youtube video....call a local studio, if they are good they may have one you can come in and hear. As an owner I can tell you it's worth every dime.

used one of these on my guitar tracking at the POWER STATION studios this week. sounded HUGE.......very cool!

I used to do freelance recording.... where I lived the market just wasn't there and I had to move on. I got good money and gave it a good home at a studio who could use it. Along with my AT 4050's and my Earthworks omni's....
