ETS 239 pulling out of South Campus. The buses in this series are notorious for not wanting to come out of the kneeling position under a full load, so it took a little bit to get going. Sorry about the quality, lighting wasn't the greatest.

  • I didn't hear the kneeler beeping so it didn't seem like that was the problem. Unless there is something I missed? Calgary's 1993 D40LF's are bad for that as well. Sometimes you don't even need a full load for that to happen.

  • @busrailfan

I believe it was beeping, it was just a little on the quiet side ;)

  • @etransit - The reason I was wondering is because those series tend to lift quite a bit higher than normal before the interlock releases and I didn`t see that happen in this video. But yeah I couldn`t hear the beeping.

  • @busrailfan hmmm, well I unno, I'm just going by what I remember :P

  • Man, I just love how the 1993 D40LF bus sounds with the 6V92TA + ZF4HP-500!
