  • you're great i love these videos! it makes it so much easier to do yoga at home so i don't have to plan my schedule around a class.

  • Thanks! I love making them, so it all works out;)

    Have a great practice!

  • I LOVE your videos but find the audio really distracting. Is there anyway to mic yourself so we don't keep the bad echoing?

    Keep up the great work.

  • Yeah--this studio is really big and echo-y. We're working on a wireless mic now! Coming soon...

  • I really enjoy this yin-esque practice. Thanks for your always encouraging instruction. I do like to begin this one with a vyaghrasana just to get myself ready!!

  • Thanks for sharing!! And it's my greatest pleasure, as always...

  • Hi Sadie, Thanks again for another great video.

Given the reluctance of my hips to 'free' do you recommend what Iyengar did using pretty heavy weights to open them? Body weight and diligent hip asanas don't seem to be enough somehow.

By the way I like your studio - I looked it up when I was over from the UK. Very nice.

  • Thanks much from the West Coast!
