great vid with a lot of good points...as a life long martial artist i just want add two things...1; always be aware of your states self defence laws. some like Mass. dont have any and you could find yourself in jail for defending yourself.2; this is towards the comments no martial art is better or worse than another...i too love the mma for the sport for practical application i prefer a more military mentality shown here.

I'm actually a bulletman for this stuff... let me tell you it really does help... Obviously you people that sit here and criticize this have never done it, nor do you have the stones to do so.

there is always some dick head whos going to tell us how it is.
rather than critisise, swordfish, show us what you can do don't just be a keyboard warrior, i know you can knock the fuck out of the buttons.
Get in there and try it how it feels then comment on it.

hey I'm from Germany and very interested in Fast Defense. But as far as I know there are only Instructor courses in Germany. Do you know schools in Germany where I can do a normal course?

well if we are ever visited by a bunch of aliens with big heads......Bill, I will come and look to you for instruction how to dismantle these fearsome creatures....hopefully they will be carrying foam batons like your awesome assailants in the video.............with your abilities I would stay far way from any real MMA events..M
