Join cook Gary Murphy in his Ann Arbor kitchen as he prepares the classic French dish cassoulet. A dedicated gourmet and avid hunter, Murphy joins the two passions at once utilizing a Canada goose he took earlier in the winter and marries it with other meat, vegetables, herbs, wine and stock to create a palate-pleasing dish.
