On December 18, 2008 dozens of UBC Local 22 carpenters picketed their hall to protest discrimination by the appointed business agents of Bobby Alvarado, head of the 40,000 member N. California District Council Of Carpenters.

Sorry guys! Housing is tanking and in Cali it has come to a complete holt, they actually have a very large surplus of houses that have not hit the market yet. A second foreclosure wave is coming, especially in commercial real estate and to make it worst the stimulus package is not working from 2010-2013 hold on tight boys your'e in for a ride.
