Dawn Penn did this song in this exact same style back in 1993 after doing it in a rocksteady style for Studio1 in 1967. Beyoncé is even displaying a Jamaican flag during her obvious tribute to Penn. However, this is NOT originally a Jamaican song. A white girl group (Starlets) did it in 1965, but it was FIRST done by US bluesman Willie Cobb in 1960. Check out the Youtubes to see.
