I am in 9th grade and we are allowed to have cellphones in school as long as they stay off in our lockers until school is over and if we get caught with them in class they get taken away
first time taken away until the end of the day
second time taken away for 1 or 2 days
and the third time taken away until a parent or guardien comes to get it
