@HooverAC110 grans got a wmf720(g) and it does it fastwash 60, as it's pretty much same as yours with little countdown etc. Thanks :)

lol yh it is silly... i just found it only does it on cottons (1) if the wash is at 30C to 50C i think... its ver stupid lol

:D Yeah but mine doesn't do it on programme 1 (Cottons 90C) I found out when doing my maintenance wash, but yeah it does it on Fast Wash 60C every time. Oh right on every programme does yours do it? If so how silly lol

@mark89474 Yeah very strange, I think it's a way that the machine heats the water quicker in the cycle, not 100% sure though. Thanks for your comment

My neighbours wf541 aquarius from previous range does that drain 'thingy' on program 4 which is colourfast cottons 60oc. Weird, we thought that program was faulty, she never uses it anymore, she uses white cottons then selcts 60oc etc.

@dyson2drum Yeah mines still doing it, so not a fault at all, in fact I think it heats the bit of water up
