  • I'm not surprised no one understands. Everyone looks for the brilliant technique and flashy style or this ridiculous over exertion. The meditative base of the martial arts has been overlooked but if one were to listen to their body, mind, spirit and connect, what seems worthless is actually strong beyond our wildest dreams of what is possible. If you can only be "strong" then you are stuck and more vulnerable than is natural.

  • @cryodragoon

it is useless to become super strong you will be just for a short time with age you will be lower with the PS everything is beneficial not only for your body is more beautiful look but also the best that n not forget that the body is a machine that you should jamma damaging it and take care to be well once old;) and not end up with your health problem (bone, ligament MUSLE articullation etc.) lways executes its body and respect it!

  • @cryodragoon

Pencak silat body takes care of the technique are adapterr to have no injury or microcrack type problem with age Pencak silat is better everything is good for the body it shows the movement to avoid injury has long term is 100% natural we have learned above all not to damage or destroy his body the respect and adapt to its needs;)

  • @Lounio1

    How so?

What's wrong here, what's the difference and why is PS better? :o

  • not a good technique to force this move is bad for the body it can create problems later on in your body and health and fracture Pencak silat is better adapted to the body and it does not damage the body and health! !

  • tyson punches harder but good job anyway.

  • He also uses power of gravity.

  • I don't think anybody believe it, but it is REAL. He didn't use his arm to punch, but he uses whole body, so that the impact is soooo strong.

  • That sounds like fake ! No real impact and Uke falls down...

  • What was that? He had no speed or power. Just a slow puhcn folowed by a slight push, and then the pad holder tumbles back as if he was hit.

Is this a seminar in the movie industries?
