JAPAN - RADIATION BLOWING OUT TO SEA

Radiation is bad no matter where it ends up. These radioactive particles end up on the ground, on the grass on everything and become part of the food chain, the same thing happens in the sea. We can't assume that since the ocean is large it can absorb the crap we throw at it. Our oceans are dying, and without the oceans all life will perish on earth.
We must rethink nuclear energy, yes it can be safe, but there is still no good way to dispose of spent fuel, storing it beside the reactor is not prudent, and even if only one catastrophe occurs every 25 years - the price is one we can't afford. music by Butterfly Tea 06 - Bionic Crisis and 09 - Clash of the Immortals

@ScoobK9 no it is not a joke...our Prime Minister said two days ago that radiation will not reach us, 7,000km over the Pacific. Now maybe low levels will reach here, still nothing to worry about we are told, it's less then we get from the sun. But his is a different type, there are particles that settle on the ground, trees and plants, buildings and everything else.

I can't imagine what it's like in Japan, the weather forecast is for the wind to come from the sea back to Japan and up to Tokyo
