I hate frequent brownouts too, Carlo. Good thing we have a generator. The heat could be so unbearable sometimes. Why does the Philippines have to be a tropical country?

i miss brown outs.. but i can't imagine a minute of my life without electricity... i wonder why it's called brown outs, though.. why not blackout? XD

i'd kill for some real sun.. i miss the heat of the philippines..

I don't know. I just call it what they call it here so I don't sound weird saying black out. Then again when I was in the states we just call it a "power trip"

LOL I actually really liked brow outs back when I used to live there. Cuz it forces u to do nothing....when I was busy all the time......and I loved the whole pulling out the candles and paypays just talking to whoever was around.....when I was a kid we used to play shadow puppets and my mom would tell me I'd get nightmares....LOL & ur cousin is funny ^___^

I remember when I lived in the Philippines.

It was like around 7 pm or something, not sure.

But it was really dark outside and suddenly all the lights when off. Black/brown outs.

It was so dark, and people were outside going to the store to buy candle.

And you can see lights, it look like ghost hahaha. What i like about brown out is it's quality time with friends, Were i lived we usually go out and share scary story.Even tho i hate horror, well i hate it and love it in the same time XD
