Wiccan Names vs Herbal names

This is a video about herbs. The wiccan names of herbs and the common name for them

Hacking Cough
1 oz ipecacuana syrup
1 oz sassafras (bruised)
2 oz Aniseed
4 oz honey
2 oz American Valerian
2 oz black oats
2 quarts water

boil the whole for 30 minutes and then add 1 pint of spirits of wine
Dose: 1/2 wineglassful when the cough is at it's worse.

another good book i have that tells all the old and different names of herbs is one of Cunningham's... "Cunningham's Encyclopedia of Magical Herbs" it's the Expanded and Revised Edition. :) I love your videos, they've brought alot of clarity to my questions that I have no one to really ask. I found you from Spellsofmagic and now youve introduced me to looking up Pagan and Wiccan videos on youtube. Thank you, Fawn
