The motorcycle cops, mounted police, cops in hummers, jags, CTSV's and golf carts were keeping order (and issuing tickets) south of Pontiac, MI. In Pontiac you could do burnouts in front of the cops as long as you kept it within reason. They didn't like speeding or drag racing beyond the speed limit, but open headers, slicks and burnouts were OK. The cops in the vid at the end were just cruisin'.

@Steve340 this is a hole lot more then just some burn out contest this is a car show hosted between 3 diff towns on one hway really its more then 3 towns that host it it gos from pontaic MI to detroit MI people do these burnouts just for the fun of it at this car show they dont only have cars showing off but its people runing up an down woodward av an 1000s of other events goin on all at the same time this is prob the biggest car show in the usa
