Spyro 3 illegal copy glitches

This is what happens if you have an illegal copy of spyro year of the dragon. when you fight with the sorceress the game will start over and its impossible to defeat her. But there are another problems: after defeating buzz, the next levels have missing gems (some enemies may not have any gems at all when you charge or flame them), in spooky swamp and frozen altars the language changes autamatically and another things like that.
