This number gets me everytime. The three best performing one of my favorites!!

Kaye Cole could not be any more perfect in this performance.

This is, hands down, the best song in the show. The first time I saw A Chorus Line (it was the movie), At The Ballet blew me away. It's one of the great songs in the history of the Broadway musical.
One thing: the climactic phrase of each verse is harmonically sophisticated enough that the musician in me wants spot-on intonation and vocal blending. Broadway "con belto" singing is dramatically right for the characters, especially Sheila, but I want the musical values, too. Well done, ladies.

They way Kay Cole says "Daddy, I would love to dance" nearly brings me to tears!

Fantástico!!

@cwecub Yes, that's Emily Gilmore's portrayer. Kelly Bishop has really aged well.
