What the title says. Hogan sells everyone on his new restaurant Pastamania and various foodstuffs such as Hulkaroos...
I dunno but I'm guessing this place serves food of the Chef Boyardee variety...

Yappa pie was on the dessert menu. But you had to be ready for the strapation dude. You went up to the counter and yelled "Strap master Jimmy Hart, give me Yappa pie strap number 1"...and when your skin was boiling and peeling off your back...you yelled "Strap master Jimmy Hart, give me yappa pie strap number 2, brother..."
