What happens, when you're born into a wealthy, famous family, is that no one has the balls to correct you or criticize you...you're surrounded by brown-nosers your whole life. So you live in a bubble, and you lose touch with reality. So, she obviously never received training in public speaking, and no one bothered to tell her how ridiculous and DUMB she sounds.
