i love how in every interview saoirse and stanley always bring up the "sweet and sensitive director and cast", a nice thing like that really does show in the movies. which is why the lovely bones turned out to be fucking amazing. usually i don't like the movie version of the books but this one really outdid itself pretty well. loved it.

i didnt realise it was stanley who played the murderer and when i found out i was like omg- so glad i watched the other films he's in before lovely bones or i would just see him as a freaky killer...LOL :L

He did such a magnificent job playing that character, I actually really love him as a person {and as an actor, duh!} I didn't even know that was him. I've seen him in other films and he performs every role he gets so effortlessly and perfectly. Bravo!
