  • i feel like this video is fake that is unreal.`

  • wat?

  • What. A. Monster.

  • Blow me Steve... this is just wrong.

  • Those who are watching this wondering how it is possible when he has such a weak plant (initially). A good saying is if you get punched, punch back; meaning, if you have a weak plant and the pole pushes your arms back, you must push back like Steve does in this video. But more importantly, look how perfect his trail leg is. Also notice how fast he swings it through, which carries all the momentum from his run into the vertical extension. Do these things and you can vault high as well. :)

  • @BigTeryaki lol, than my coach doesn't know what he's talking about. I'll take your word for it

  • @FlyingV144 you can't really tell from this video... But I wouldn't be surprised.

  • @shotgunboy2007 I'm sorry but no, a free take off is when you jump off of the ground before your pole hits the back of the box. Bubka was famous for this. A "straight-pole" drill is when the pole has no bend in it.
