  • I'm not sure if I would actually consider this metal. it sounds like Sky, as in prog rock. I mean, yeah, it has screaming, but that doesn't make it metal. This just isn't heavy enough.

  • @jsteele07189 Their genre is extreme progressive metal, it doesn't mean every song theirs has to be. A band is not limited by it's genre. Many rock bands like to do ballads every now and then, that doesn't make them any less rock. I guess I should've specified in the video description I wasn't talking about the song's genre. Anyways, I suggest you listen to some of their other songs (you will find some kickass metal).

  • @Gianfrancoco when you tagged "extreme", "experimental," and "death" in the description, I was expecting something very different from what I heard. I'll add "Gonin-Ish" to the long list of bands that I've found on YouTube that I ought to listen to (freakin' long list).

  • @jsteele07189 A lifetime's not enough to get around to listen to all the great music that is out there. There is just too much music in this world. I wonder if aliens have that problem...

  • @Gianfrancoco crack your brain on this, the best music will probably never even make it to our ears, that's how much there is...

  • @sephervin *mind blows*

imo Japan has better metal than anything from europe these days. i have a problem with other bands in japan though, and that is visual kei. wish their music was more important then their looks or fasion. probably would be taken more serious or atleast sound

  • fair enough !!! actually i like this song . its good

  • @juliojrc IMO Japan has some of the best power metal out there today, but when it comes to Death Metal it's still Europe thats #1, although Quebec is the best for Tech Death

  • @Gianfrancoco yes. Late, but yes. Thanks for the upload. :D

  • @juliojrc

you have forgotten sabbat (japanese blackened thrash metal with some folk instruments)

barbatos (black metal not mor not less)

abigail (second band from the singer from barbatos)

    ;)

  • @DerAnstifter

X Japan did a lot of those way before Nightwish.

  • @jsteele07189 It doesn't needs to be heavy, is the kind of riffs, melody, rhytym.... It doesn't have nothing about metal, you sure.

  • I hate piano intros and Re-tuned guitars... Are too EMOnescence, Nightwish and shits.

  • Good to hear that japan can produce other things than that creepy pedophilic pop culture, advanced technology and dolphin soup

  • @juliojrc fucking douchebag europe has by far the best metal bands...im actually rofl with what u said
