Taucer here, posting from a cousin's computer.
I actually have no idea. I almost never do more than ten or AT MOST fifteen of a given exercise; after that point, I usually look for ways to make the exercise harder rather than doing more reps.
I plan to upload a video of my current workout sometime soon.

Just go for it. There aren't really any tricks, you just gotta try them over and over and over.

Every day.
I work at this gym, and almost every day I go in, the first thing I do is 10 muscle-ups, a planche for as long as I can, and a front lever for as long as I can.

ok so u do planche for only 1 sett i gotta rey that i do about 5 sets, maye its time to take it easy in the seets ten hehe.

I typcally end up doing more than 1 set per day; I probably average 2 or 3 sets per day. I'm not real organized about it, I just sorta hop up and do a planche whenever I have some spare time and the urge strikes.
