this is just another reason Fox news makes me angry. The way they say how 'every recent terrorist is Muslim and thus we must profile every Muslim' is like me saying to not associate with people from Spain because they will conquistador you.

I don't focus on the clerics--I focus on the masses they are able to brainwash. That's the problem. No, they don't support it because of anyone who was killed--they support it because they are BRAINWASHED to blame those deaths on those who had to protect their citizens from the monsters hiding amongst them. CIVILIZED human beings would have blamed those monsters themselves. And I wouldn't be surprised if a significant amount of Muslims in some countries do support violence against the US and Isrial because a large percentage of them know somebody who's been killed or maimed in an attack or other. We focus on like 600 clerics in Hamas who praise bombers --but forget about the 10,000 people in Iran who had a candle light vigil for the victims of 9-11.

I never said they have support from ALL Muslim countries--Syria is by no means the worst of the bunch and it would appear that they are not suicidal. But if governments like Pakistan or Egypt fall into the hands of Jihadists, (both of which are a danger) ALL BETS ARE OFF!!!!! And the sooner we acknowledge this, the better chance of survival our society has. Nobody is "hating" an entire group. And no, I don't know of ANY group of ANY significant NUMBER (which yes, this is, however insignificant it may be in percentage terms) in ANY other religion who poses this level of threat. Thes attacks the FBI refers to are lone wolves with a single pipe bomb or something of that nature. That's not an existential threat. Never said "Muslims" in general. I said Jihadists are on that crusade. The other groups you mention are not on an all-encompassing genocidal quest. Also, your numbers are demonstrably false. Multiple studies have been done on this and they show that being generous, 1% of Muslims support Jihad, and some studies put it as more like 7-10%. Considering there are 1.6 BILLION Muslims in the world, just this small percentage can do a SHIT TON of damage, considering they have government support
