  • don't worry this one takes a bit of a while to get use to and is more intermidiate level with fancy arm movements to keep the brain awake. ihave a few basic videos that i will be posting soon so don;t give up its all good!

  • That was so so great! I was searching for something just for better condition. After classics exercises like push-ups, squats, etc. I didn't felt like a healthier person at all, no sweat, no better mood, no good feeling about themselves, just a little pain and stiffness.

    But this was so funny and briskly pleasant. This really take the spot :]]

    I feel so great and so vital. Exactly what I have looking for.

    I look forwards to exercise this again.

    And I can't wait to see more yours videos :]

  • lol, as if i didnt look stupid enough doing this on a stack of paper, the first piece of paper slipped and i fell. Oh God i am lucky i am home alone!

  • haha it depends on your weight and fitness level. i burn about 150 in 30 min..
