My Panhead ☆ First Run After Overhauling ☆ Harley Bobber

i´ve changed almost every part of the engine incl. pistons, valves and a lot more. after all we´ve tried to start. at the end we´ve found out the front head had a crack and wasn´t weld properly. (harley davidson chopper bobber panhead FL 54)

God bless the guy that invented the electric starter. I just can`t imagine in summer when you dehydrating enyway in the worst way to have such a work just to get your bike started.

I got tired just watching this video...I would check the timing or go with a smaller carb...any well tuned Harley should fire right up in a couple of kicks...you're gonna have one big leg and one little leg, LOL
