@skynyrdman1977 You just wrote the right words man, no one will ever sing this as well as Ronnie, even his brother, but Shinedown are really good musicians and they play this song with all their love and their respect, enough said for me.

Skynyrd wrote it and Skynryd will sing it the right way only... Shinedown has made it there version and it is a great tribute to Ronnie VanZants song.. thumbs up? :)

Shinedown is NOT to LS's level yet. Don't compare just another big band to hall of famers like LS.

@VIVIANPAYNE2 shinedown and lynyrd skynyrd are two completley different generations, but in my opionion shinedown made it better in thier own way...shinedown made it better in the vocals forsure im pretty positive everyone agrees on that...but in the rock department.. skynyrd owns it in the rock and guitar part
