On February 19, 2011, The Opportunity Staff and the Capitol Roots family threw "The 5ive Opportunity Workshops" -- 5 workshops, in 5 locations (San Francisco, Antioch, Sacramento, South Bay-Newark, and SoCal-Alhambra), with 5 sick Line-Ups. All in ONE DAY and at the SAME TIME.

Proceeds were donated to the St. Jude Children's Cancer Research Hospital.

The Opportunity Workshop is a chance to let other dancers teach, show their style, experience and enjoy a workshop with other well known/upcoming choreographers. It is also a chance to let other choreographers do collaboration pieces together for the first time, or reunite them. Most importantly, its a place to INSPIRE and have FUN with others who share the same passion & love for the arts. Were all about commUNITY.
