You can download the single chars 4 your own project, but you need some programming skills to use them.
If you do not know how to code mugen, I reccommend downloading the full game above, which even my grandma can use ;-)

the 512 palms is kinda cheap maybe make it a bit harder to use it like instead of down and c maybe like down up foward back back then c or somethng like that. Do you know what im saying?

mmm.. neji cant do any kamehameha-like attack until shippudden... and the 512(that actually does 513) doesnt exist.. even though its just the same animation repeated 4 times including the teleport.. but u do code pretty good... but u need more to defeat me.. like u said.. ^^
