very good i see nothing illagall with it she is draging pushing off perfectlly fine but you have to remember no rubber means harder push off which makes it look like another step

Doesn't mess up the rotator cuff as much as you think. The natural arm swing is down anyway and the stress is placed on the down throw. On the other hand, fast pitch baseball is a huge stress to the cuff because of the instability of the shoulder when the arm is overhead.
