    But today, according to the latest ESC guidelines for STEMI, nitroglycerin has no prognostic benefit. To relieve the pain, morphine is preferred than nitroglycerin. And to increase the prognostic benefit, we use beta-blocker

    Above all, PCI is number one treatment
