    If you move charged particles away/towards each other, there is a change in the electrostatic field, but the charged particles having a charge in the first place has nothing to do with their motion. Their charge is an intrinsic property of their existence, just like their mass, spin, etc

    An electron isn't 'whirling' anywhere, as an electron is just the probability distribution of finding an electronic density at some point in space. This is called the electrons wavefunction

  • Negative and positive are just words we invented at the time to describe these two forces. If they had called then purple elephant monster and green giraffe angel, that's what we'd be calling them now.

    How and why would you think motion has any effect on whether a particle has a charge or not? You are clearly missing a very basic principle in ... nature and basic observation.
