Obama cares more about how Muslims feel that how us Americans do. And the photo would not be "inflammatory" because of this reason; How much more angry can they get!!! Retaliation is almost certain anyway, releasing a photo is not going to make them any more angry than they already are.

@heychristina123 Sweetheart, they showed the pictures of Abu Ghraib, the dead bodies of Saddam's sons Uday and Qusay, the rogue killing team of American soldiers that hunted Afghan families and posed for pictures like the people were hunting trophies, plus what I said before. The radical jihadists are already pissed off. They are going to remain pissed off. One more picture of a dead body isn't exactly going to alter their plans. It's not like they ever planned on surrendering.
