The Judge called his name. Before the hearing the judge sent a threat that retaliation would happen if a person did not stand when being spoken to. Ridiculous, there are bigger problems to use that energy on.

Everyone else in the court room managed to find their seats before Ian had his name called. Decorum is about respect for the proceedings.

"I'll make my stand to the MAN over a couch" activism-fail! an easy decision in Ian's favor turned into 90 days due to the documentary Ian decided to star in. Judge wasnt gonna be disrespected...
