Who cares if its ugly? Its not a wardrobe accessory, its a fucking e-book reader. I dont think ive ever seen a plumber or a carpenter say 'zomg, what an ugly hammer, what an ugly wrench'. Its a /functional/ design, not an asthetic design. When you take into consideration the leather case, the shape makes sense, it helps it stay securely in the case when its closed.
Since i bought one of these, none of the review points really make any sense. It works, and it works well when actually used.
