Damon Dash was undercut by Def Jam and Jay Z. It is sad that black cilture is even more disfunctional in the business realm. We as a race have a long way to go. It was very cowardly of Jay Z to be in Puerto Rico and call a marketing meeting with the intent of phasing Damon Dash out. Money is tangible. It comes and goes. At this stage in Jay Z's life he could afford a minimum profit lose. However can you afford to lose a friend?
