Cockatoo bath - Jasmine's beauty hour

This is Jasmine's way of getting clean. The shampoo is specifically made for cockatoos... Jasmine much prefers this over getting misted with a spray bottle.

OMG this is tooooo cute. Love the nail filing action, I just got my baby she took her first bath but I was freaking out over how much water I used, but after watching how you showered yours it gave me relief. Would you please let me know what shampoo you use and where you bought it please.

I don't think this is healthy. Great to see how much you care for her but I prefer keeping it "natural". Never seen a wild cockatoo taking a shower with shampoo.

@LoriGlory1981 Jasmine doesn't get a shampoo often... Just when stuff like lipstick gets on her head from kisses... : )

@samantha41 Thanks... I started this "ritual" w/ Jasmine soon after I got her when she was young. Her nail filing is cute but doesn't accomplish anything... A "Merry Christmas" to you & your bird family. : )
